| Small business incentive increase |
| The Small Business program is pleased to offer bonus incentives for Delmarva Power and Pepco small business
customers.
|

Delmarva Power small business customers can receive increased incentives for select measures through the end of 2023, including: |

Lighting – up to 20% increase |
| ■ |
HVAC and other – up to 10% increase |
|
| ● |
Pepco’s limited-time offer includes an extra 15% in financial incentives, covering up to 85% of project costs, for new projects that are submitted and pre-approved through July 10, 2023. All measures are eligible for the bonus including lighting, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and more. |

| New Sightline mobile app |
| The new ICF Sightline mobile application for the HVAC Tune-up program is now available for use. This new
application will provide a faster and more streamlined way to capture tune-up information and submit the incentive application.
All required information can now be submitted through one platform, so Service Providers will
no longer need to submit separate application and equipment worksheets.

| You can download the app from the Apple or Android app stores. Once you have it
installed, contact a Delmarva
Power or Pepco
program representative for user access information. |

| Lighting reminders |

| ● |
LED-to-LED fixture
replacements will no longer be accepted in the LED Conversion worksheet. A new
workbook was released June 1 restricting eligible conversion measures to TLED-to-LED fixture conversions. |

Remember that the grace period to accept DLC 5.0 fixtures ends
June 30. New fixtures in the
Prescriptive Retrofit Lighting and Instant Discount programs must be either
DLC 5.1 or ENERGY STAR®
listed. |

As a reminder, the Delmarva Power and Pepco rebate programs
accept adjustable wattage fixtures. If your installation team is setting the
wattage in the field, please have them take a picture of the wattage setting
during installation to provide with your close-out documentation. |

Brent Oliveros joins ICF as a Midstream Energy Efficiency Account Manager who specializes in energy efficiency project management, data analysis, and program process improvement. Brent lives in Baltimore and has experience working on various energy efficiency programs, most recently as an energy analyst with Delmarva Power and Pepco’s Small Business programs.
